Claim the free Canva subscription after recharge is done
After completing a successful eligible recharge:
- Open the MyJio app.
- Look for the Canva offer banner on the home screen and tap on it.
- Register or log in with your Canva account using your email ID.
- Follow the instructions to activate your complimentary Canva subscription.
You can’t switch Between Canva Pro and Pro Lite?
One important thing to note is that once you claim a Canva plan through Jio, you cannot switch between the Canva Pro and Canva Pro Lite offers.
Therefore, make sure you choose the right eligible Jio plan before claiming the offer.
However, if you are currently on a plan that provides Canva Pro Lite and upgrade to a higher plan that offers Canva Pro, you may be able to claim the Canva Pro subscription, provided you have not previously claimed the Canva Pro Lite subscription through Jio.
How many times can you claim the offer?
The offer can be claimed only once per unique mobile number by an eligible Jio user. And the offer is only for those who have never subscribed for Canva subscription. If you have ever subscribed, use a different email and phone number to claim.
